Bill Calendar Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Bill Calendar websites, applications, and related services operated by BUPARK LLC.

Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Bill Calendar, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Bill Calendar for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Organizational service, not payment proof or advice
Bill Calendar helps organize expected bills, dates, amounts, recurrence, reminders, detected candidates, and payment-status information. These are planning tools and estimates. Bill Calendar does not initiate or guarantee a payment, confirm an account balance, promise that a reminder will be delivered, or establish that an obligation was legally satisfied.
Provider statements, contracts, cancellation confirmations, bank records, and app-store or checkout records remain authoritative. You are responsible for reviewing imported or detected information and for verifying payments. Educational guides are general information and are not individualized financial, tax, legal, accounting, credit, or investment advice.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting credentials and devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, authentication links, bank credentials, Plaid access tokens, or full payment-card details through support email. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may require email verification or additional security steps before enabling sensitive features. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, providers, BUPARK LLC, or the service.
Your content and instructions
You retain rights in bill information, notes, and other content you submit. You give BUPARK LLC permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing data before syncing, importing, changing, or deleting it. Guest browser storage and signed-in server storage are separate, and offline or interrupted edits can remain queued until connectivity returns. Confirm that an important change finished saving to the intended location before relying on another device.
Connected-bank features
If available and selected, connected-bank features use Plaid and participating financial institutions. Availability depends on provider support, account eligibility, region, and an active entitlement where required. Detected recurring candidates require user review and can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly categorized.
Bill Calendar is not a financial institution and does not control bank availability, transaction descriptions, provider consent periods, or the accuracy and timing of institution data. You authorize the requested processing when you connect an account and are responsible for disconnecting connections you no longer want.
Free service, advertising, and Premium
The Free service may be supported by advertising. On bill-calendar.com, Google AdSense ads are limited to eligible public guide articles and are not placed on the interactive web application, login, account, navigation, alert, empty-state, legal, support, or company-information screens. In the iOS app, confirmed Free-plan users may see a Google AdMob banner in eligible main app views; Premium and unresolved-entitlement states do not request an ad. Advertising availability and format can change, and ad providers may apply regional consent and eligibility requirements.
Premium features and ad removal last only while a valid entitlement is active. Price, billing period, trial terms, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund rules are presented by the checkout or app-store provider. Manage an App Store subscription through Apple settings; deleting a Bill Calendar account or app does not automatically cancel an external subscription. Stripe-hosted web subscriptions are managed through the available billing portal when configured.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access; probing or bypassing security, entitlement, rate, region, or consent controls; introducing malicious code; scraping at a volume that harms service operation; interfering with another user's data; impersonating another person; using the service for unlawful activity; or infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Reasonable use of public guides, accessibility tools, and ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted. Automated activity must respect technical controls and must not disrupt the service.
Ownership
Bill Calendar software, branding, page design, and original editorial content are owned by BUPARK LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms allow personal or authorized organizational use of the service; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and services belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Bill Calendar useful and secure, but features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Bank connections, email, notifications, advertising, app stores, and payment providers can fail outside our control. Keep independent copies of important source records and provider confirmations.
We may update the service or these terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. The published date identifies the current terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Bill Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every calculation, reminder, import, connection, or service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, BUPARK LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on estimates, missed reminders, provider outages, user-entered errors, or third-party records. Applicable consumer law may provide rights or remedies that override part of this section.
Ending use
You may stop using Bill Calendar and can request account deletion through available Profile controls or email the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy for assistance. External subscriptions must be canceled separately. We may end or restrict access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinued service, with notice when reasonably possible.
